The Two Of Us (Raindance Film Festival)
ABOUT
Patrick Bennett is a film and television composer who made history as the youngest professional composer in British TV. At just 19, he scored the second series of the BBC crime drama Granite Harbour, writing the full soundtrack and theme tune while studying at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.
His story quickly made national headlines, featured in the Daily Mail, Daily Mirror, Guardian, Times and many other major outlets across the UK. The widespread coverage highlighted both his record-breaking achievement and the bold, cinematic style that sets him apart.
Patrick’s music is driven by emotion, detail, and story — blending lush orchestration with a modern edge. With a number of exciting projects in the works, including his first American feature film, he’s fast becoming one of the most distinctive young voices in screen music.

Reviews
“Patrick Bennett’s score reflects each moment of light-heartedness, pensiveness, and gravity.”
Raindance Film Festival
“Patrick is clearly blessed with a gift and a natural understanding of how to score his music, not to patronise or lead an audience, but to just give them an additional sense of what was present within the scenes.”
